This site consists basically in a list of ideas
We want to:
- DEVELOP some (if not all) the bizarre ideas depicted here.
- SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND INSTRUMENTS we collected during years of hard work and self imprisonment.
- BUILD A COMMUNITY giving young people the possibility to build their expertise, all together.

and, if possible, we aspire to some other insane aims:
- HIRE YOUNG ITALIAN FREELANCERS
- CREATE AN HI-TECH ECONOMIC CENTER IN THE ANCIENT REGION OF CIOCIARIA, ITALY

So, why this text is written in English?
Because we have to consider that the audience is the entire internet, taking apart the fact we love Italy.

The Human Being simply enjoys to work in stuff that stimulates creativity and involves personal passions.
Before you grow too much, before you work for a large corporation and become a mummy, have a peek in the world of who makes ideas work, and who creates new work from ideas.

Share Knowledge & Instruments
When you get involved in something you like, the first step is to find right resources.
This can take a looong time. So, we have file repositories in which you can find software, templates, file stocks, fonts, audio and video resources, books and all the tools you need or request.
We pay them for you.
Open source matters and, most important, education also has to be open source.

Build a Community
Capitalism without sustainable development, flexible employment (aka instability) and market saturation are pieces of Hell on Earth.
Communities can be a solution.
Choosing a project here means to get shares of it and, if it grows at the point of making money, get shares of that money. Because, if you don’t even noted it, open source projects are sources of revenue too.
You are ranked in the community and the single project with a scoring system, and …blink! Working becomes a videogame.

Hire in Italy
The aforementioned features of modern work are an actual problem here in Italy. No one hires without a curriculum containing proofs of expertise, and no one helps you to build expertise in non-slavery conditions.
But that’s the way things are going in the entire world. Take as an example videogame developers: even little companies request experience in one shipped title! The only way to aspire to work for these companies is build your own little startup, and produce a title. This is impossible.
We want you to join, also if you have no experience: we will build it all together.
And remember: Italians do it better.

Create hi-tech in Ciociaria, Italy
Howdy, this is no over-populated Bangalore or over-congestioned Silicon Valley. Nor over-polluted Zhong Guan Cun.
This is Italy. Everyone knows what we are talking about.
Why Ciociaria? Because there is nothing in there, and someone has to fill the gap.
And because Ciociaria is ancient, warm, green, smells good, tastes good, an looks good.
Come here and see. You’ll never leave.
